This was made as part of the Unscripted: An Indie Film Xperience Film School, a new event designed for the Indie Film Series, in which the two winners of a screenplay contest get their scripts made into films by local filmmakers. I was the director on this particular entry, titled LUCKY. The cast and crew were assigned from the local community, and each team had a single 8 hour block one evening to shoot the shorts, entirely inside the Owensboro Public Library. Fall of Grayskull is a live action fan short film about He-Man and Skeletor, along with various heroes and villains from Planet Eternia, battling over the secrets and powers of the mysterious Castle Grayskull.
This was funded through Kickstarter and we hope this fan film will basically serve as an appetizer while we wait for the cinematic steak dinner we all want Mattel and Sony to give us soon!!!!
